I'm applying for the Store Manager role at Copperfields Home. Store manager with nine years in homeware and fashion, working on the week the rota breaks and the stock does not arrive. You ask for Inventory Management, and that is work I have already done: Managed inventory management for 9 000 lines and cut shrinkage from 1.9% to 0.8%.

I have worked as Store Manager at Ellingsby Living, 2021 — present. I have also worked as Assistant Manager at Dorroway Retail, 2017 — 2021. I ran rota planning for 26 staff and cut agency cover spend by 34%. I also improved customer support scores from 71 to 88 over four quarters.

I grew branch turnover by 22% in two years against a chain average of 6%. I also trained 7 supervisors, 3 of whom now manage their own branches.
