Four steps: choose the design, give it the job and the evidence, read and adjust the letter, then check it and download.

The details step asks for the role, the company and the real posting, and it tells you honestly how much job context it actually has. Then it asks where the evidence comes from: the résumé saved here, a résumé you upload, or lines you type yourself. The voice — direct, warm or formal — is shown as the opening sentence it will actually write, not as a label.

In the letter step the page is beside its paragraphs. Every proof paragraph carries a trace line saying which résumé line it came from, or that the words are your own. Paragraphs can be edited, reordered or removed one at a time, and the paper updates as you type. Changing the voice rewrites the whole letter, and the draft you had is kept as a version first.

The check step is the honest part. Requirements from the posting that your evidence cannot support are listed as gaps rather than claimed, and the review states what is ready and what needs attention. A letter with no name on it says so. Then you download DOCX or PDF, in any of the 12 designs.

It does not invent a reason for wanting the job, and it does not claim a skill your evidence does not show. Anything you write in "what only you know" is used exactly as you wrote it.

Where do the sentences come from?

From the evidence you gave it — the résumé saved here, an uploaded résumé, or lines you typed. Each proof paragraph names the line it came from.

What if the job asks for something I have not done?

It is listed as a gap in the check step instead of being claimed. Nothing is written that your evidence cannot support.

Can I edit the letter?

Yes. Every paragraph is editable on its own, and paragraphs can be reordered, removed or added.

Do I lose my draft if I rewrite it?

No. A version is kept before a rewrite, and an earlier version can be restored.

Do I need a résumé here first?
