About

Conxfolio is a free set of four tools for applying to jobs: a résumé builder, an ATS review, a cover letter builder and a portfolio builder. There is no account, no trial and no paid tier.

What it is for

Most people applying for work need the same four things: a résumé that reads well and extracts cleanly, a way to check it before it is sent, a letter written from what the résumé can actually show, and sometimes a page of their own. Conxfolio puts the four in one place and lets one document feed the others, so a change made once does not have to be made four times.

How it works

Your documents are saved in the browser you use, not on our server. The ATS review is a published, deterministic rule set: the report prints its own arithmetic, so the number can be checked by hand. The cover letter is built from sentences your résumé already supports, and each paragraph shows which line of your evidence it came from. A portfolio is published to its own address with an edit key instead of an account.

What it costs

Nothing. PDF and Word downloads, the ATS review, the cover letter and publishing a portfolio are all free, and nothing is held back behind a payment. The privacy notice sets out what little we hold, and why.

Who runs it

Conxfolio is run by Vamsi Venkatesh in Magdeburg, Germany. The guides, articles and examples on this site are written and maintained by the Conxfolio team and dated, so you can see when each was last checked against the product.
