Where each paragraph came from

Lines 9, 5 and 6 of the evidence list. The reconciliation line went first on a hair: it matched Microsoft Excel, which the posting names, and carries two figures. The close line and the payables line each matched a named requirement and carry figures of their own. Nine requirements were recognised in the posting and the three paragraphs answered three of them.

The cash forecast line did not make it, and it is the most interesting sentence he has. The posting asks about budgeting rather than about treasury, so the engine ranked it below three lines that answer what was actually asked. It stays in the evidence list, one click from being put back.

What it refused to claim

Three gaps came back: IFRS, tax returns and SAP. All three are named in the posting. None of them appears anywhere in the evidence, so the letter says nothing about any of them. This is the case worth studying, because all three are plausible for a nine-year management accountant and the engine will still not write them. A letter claims only what the document shows, and a plausible claim is still a claim.
