Where each paragraph came from

Lines 5, 6 and 7 of the evidence list, in order, each matching one requirement the posting names and each carrying a figure. The three scored identically, so the engine kept them in the order it found them. Five requirements were recognised in the advertisement and the letter answered three of them by name.

The freight line and the planning cycle line stayed out. The planning cycle is the one an operations director would ask about, because ending three years of month-end firefighting is a description of a culture rather than a metric. It waits in the evidence list. Tailoring a letter to the posting covers when to promote a line like that by hand.

What it refused to claim

One gap: SAP. The posting says the business runs it for procurement and Kwabena's lines never name a system at all. The engine will not infer an ERP from nine years in food and drink, however likely it is. The gaps list is the interview, and a single named system is a thirty-second answer if it is prepared.

No language model is involved. Selection is deterministic code over his own lines, and the reply says so in its own payload.

What a supply chain letter has to prove

Accuracy, cash and suppliers. Accuracy is forecast error with the line count behind it, because a percentage without a range is meaningless. Cash is stock holding, and the words without a stockout are what make the two point one million safe to say. Suppliers is the count you hold together and what you renegotiated.
