The wrong word in the fit sentence

Vital signs. Nobody in this letter has taken a blood pressure. The matcher holds observations as one of the surface forms of a clinical skill, and in early years an observation is a written record of a child's development, so the line about 320 observations a year was read as clinical work. The requirement was then reported as matched and printed in the fit sentence.
