I'm applying for the Research Assistant role at Halverford Institute. Research assistant with four years on social policy studies, working on the fieldwork nobody budgets enough time for. You ask for Interviewing, and that is work I have already done: Ran interviewing with 96 participants across 4 local authorities.

I have worked as Research Assistant at Marlowe Kinnard Centre, 2022 — present. I have also worked as Research Intern at Ostrova Policy Unit, 2021 — 2022. I built the data cleaning routine that cut preparation time from 3 weeks to 4 days. I also delivered a literature review of 180 papers that became chapter 2 of the final report.

I managed quantitative analysis in R for a panel of 2 400 households. I also coordinated 2 ethics applications through committee without a resubmission. The posting asks for Interviewing and Data Cleaning — both of which I've worked with directly. The posting also asks for Python, SPSS and Recruitment, which I have not used in these roles.
