Where each paragraph came from

Lines 5, 8 and 9 of the evidence list. The first matched two named requirements at once, which is the highest score on this page, and the other two matched one each. Seven requirements were recognised in the advertisement and the letter claimed four of them by name, which is the densest match in this whole set of examples.

It happened because the evidence uses the vocabulary of the trade rather than of a personal statement. The reconciliation line, which carries the best sentence on the page about no unexplained item in three years, was skipped by the duplicate rule after the payables line had claimed the same ground. The credit control line also stayed out. Both are one click from the letter on the Details step, and the reconciliation line is the one to put back by hand.

What it refused to claim

One gap: VAT returns. The posting names them. Ottavia's evidence, eleven years of ledgers, never mentions VAT once, so the letter says nothing about it.
