Where each paragraph came from

Lines 6, 8 and 5 of the evidence list. The first two scored highest because each answers a named requirement and carries a figure at the same time: stakeholder management with eleven suppliers, risk management with nineteen risks closed out of twenty-four. The refurbishment line, which is the one most people would lead with, scored on its figure alone and came third.

The engine also refuses near duplicates. Once a line has claimed a requirement, a later line that claims the same one and nothing new is skipped, which is why the change request line and the weekly report line stayed out.
