Project manager with eight years on infrastructure and facilities programmes, working on the schedule nobody believes and the risk register nobody reads. You ask for Stakeholder Management, and that is work I have already done: Led stakeholder management for 11 suppliers and a steering group of 6 over 19 months.

I have worked as Senior Project Manager at Draymoor Infrastructure, 2021 — present. I have also worked as Project Manager at Kelvinbrae Works, 2017 — 2021. I owned risk management across 3 sites and closed 19 of 24 open risks before handover. I also delivered a 4.2 million euro depot refurbishment across 3 sites, 2 weeks inside the schedule.

The first is listing methodologies instead of results; the reader wants projects delivered, not frameworks named. The second is claiming a whole programme's outcome as your own. The third is leaving out budget and schedule, which are the two numbers every sponsor asks about.
