Where each paragraph came from

Lines 5, 6 and 9 of the evidence list. Only the first matched: the engine recognised exactly one requirement in the entire advertisement, project management, and that line names it. The other two paragraphs were selected on their figures, and the site supervision line lost to the utility diversions line by a hair.
