Three sources of evidence, not one

A student page has a part-time job, a placement and coursework, and most first drafts use only the third. The example uses all three and gives each a different job to do. The bar work shows supervision and reliability. The summer placement shows the subject applied in a workplace. The dissertation shows independent method at a scale nobody else set.

Together those are five achievement lines and four project lines, which is enough for a page that reads as a working document rather than an apology. The order matters as well: the placement sits in experience because it was paid work in the field, while the society treasurer role sits in projects because its value is the budget and the organising, not the employment.

Write the bar job like work

"Worked in a busy bar" is the line that sinks a graduate résumé, and it is the same shift as "supervised 6 staff across 4 shifts a week in a 90-cover bar". Covers, shifts, staff and stock are all countable, and the evidence rule reads people and things as units, so a hospitality line scores exactly like an office one.

The stock-loss line is the one to copy hardest. Cutting losses by 19% after rewriting the cellar count is a change a nineteen-year-old made to a business, and it is the kind of thing candidates leave out because it happened in a cellar.
