I'm applying for the Community Librarian role at Fennimore Borough Libraries. Librarian with seven years in public branches, working on the collection, the reading groups and the people who come in for the warmth. You ask for Budgeting, and that is work I have already done: Managed budgeting of 48 000 euro a year for a collection of 34 000 items.

I have worked as Librarian at Kirkhollow Library, 2020 — present. I have also worked as Library Assistant at Ravensford Branch, 2017 — 2020. I grew customer support satisfaction at the desk from 79 to 92 over two years. I also trained 6 volunteers on the library management system and the reservation queue.

I ran 140 events a year including 2 reading groups and a weekly children's session. I also rebuilt the local history catalogue of 4 200 records and put it online. The posting asks for Budgeting and Customer Support — both of which I've worked with directly. The posting also asks for Safeguarding and Recruitment, which I have not used in these roles.
