The gap that is not real

The engine returned two gaps for this posting: project management, which is fair, and Scheme, which is not. Scheme is a programming language, it sits in the matcher's skills list, and the phrase graduate scheme contains the word. The matcher therefore read a requirement that the advertisement never made, found nothing in the evidence to answer it, and reported it as missing. The same thing happens to the phrase pension scheme, which appears in the benefits block of a great many advertisements.

Where each paragraph came from

Lines 6, 5 and 7 of the evidence list. The reporting pack line matched two named requirements at once and led. The placement project line and the stock count line went in on their figures. Four requirements were recognised in the advertisement, one of them the phantom described above.

The presentation line stayed out, and on a graduate scheme it is the one to promote by hand: presenting to twenty managers at a quarterly review is exactly what the final assessment centre tests. Remove a matched line on the Details step and it goes in.
