A warehouse operative résumé example, with the pick rate on it

One complete warehouse operative résumé, written out in full. The person is invented. The reading and the score come from the product itself.

— cases a shift, accuracy, licence. three lines and you are shortlisted.

Warehouse work is measured constantly and described on paper as "hard working and reliable". This example is written out in full so you can see what the measured version looks like, then put through the tools here so you can see what a parser takes from it. The candidate is invented. Milena Straszewska does not exist, neither employer exists, and every figure was chosen to demonstrate a shape.

Three numbers get you shortlisted

Cases a shift, accuracy, and the licence. The example gives all three in the first block: 1 300 cases a shift at 99.6% accuracy, a team of nine across two shifts, and a counter-balance licence with a year. A warehouse manager can place that candidate on a shift rota in their head, which is the entire point of the page.

The site size is worth naming as well. A 14 000 pallet chilled site is a different job from a small ambient unit, and a manager reading applications knows exactly what the difference feels like at six in the morning.

The improvement line is what makes it a lead's résumé

Cutting mispicks on the night shift by 44% after rebuilding the pick face layout is the line that separates a team lead from a picker. It shows someone who looked at why the errors happened rather than working faster.

The stock count line does similar work: three counts a year across 6 000 locations with no unresolved variances. Counting is the part of warehouse work where carelessness shows up months later, and a clean variance record is a claim a manager can check with one phone call.

What the reading found

The door below hands the document to the résumé builder as plain text, through the same import an uploaded file goes through, and the review shows every field beside the line it came from. Here the completeness pass found four readable sections, 114 words of experience evidence and ten distinct skills, with both licences kept as certifications.

The Conxfolio import review after the door opened, showing Milena Straszewska's example read into fields beside the rendered page, with the line saying it is an example
The real import review, opened by this page's own door. It names Milena Straszewska as invented before anything is saved, and it shows every field beside the line it came from.

Nothing in that reading involves a language model. The readers are deterministic, every string one of them emits is checked in code to be a span of the document, and a field that fails the check is dropped and counted rather than kept on a guess.

What the checker scored it

The same import review on a 390 pixel phone screen, with the example notice above the accept button
The same door on a phone. Nothing is withheld on the small screen: the notice, the reading and the accept button are all there.

Ninety-seven out of 100, with one improvement remaining worth 8 points. The arithmetic is 100 × 30% + 100 × 30% + 92 × 40% = 97, set out in the article on the score. Seven action-led lines, four measurable, seven lines of depth, and 199 readable words against a band that opens at 250.

Two roles in five years is a complete career for this job and a short document, and shortness is the only thing the checker can fault here. Run yours through the ATS checker and it will tell you the same in the same words, with the points printed beside the fix.

What this example leaves off

No hobbies, no photograph, no line about being hard working, and no list of every warehouse system in the industry. A site manager is reading for the pick rate, the accuracy and the licence, and anything else on the page pushes those further down.

Agency assignments shorter than a few months are left off as well, unless they fill a gap that would otherwise need explaining. A page with nine short placements reads as instability whether or not that is the truth, and grouping them under one agency line with the dates is both honest and easier to read.

What to change for your own

Change the temperature and the sector. Ambient, chilled, frozen, e-commerce fulfilment and parts distribution all use this shape with different nouns and different rates. Then put your own figures in: cases or units a shift, accuracy, vehicles loaded, locations counted.

Name the systems. Voice picking, scanners and the warehouse management system you used are all filter terms, and they cost one line. Keep the languages if you have them. The design gallery holds 37 layouts, and the driver example, the receptionist example and the customer service example show the same structure in neighbouring work.

Questions

Is Milena Straszewska a real person
No. She is invented for this page, and so are Fennimoor Distribution and Ashby Vale Logistics. The figures show a shape and describe nobody.
Do I need to know my pick rate
If you have ever been on a productivity report, you know it. Cases a shift and accuracy are the two numbers a warehouse manager compares between candidates, and a page without them is compared on nothing.
Where does the forklift licence go
In certifications with the year. Counter-balance, reach and pallet truck are different licences and it is worth naming which one you hold rather than writing forklift.
What did the checker score it
97 out of 100, with one improvement remaining worth 8 points. The document has 199 readable words and the volume rule's top band opens at 250, which is a lot of text for two warehouse roles.
Is a clean safety record worth a line
Yes. Three years with no reportable incident is a fact, it is checkable, and in a warehouse it is the single thing a manager most wants to be true.
Which design is this rendered in
Timeline, one of the 21 ATS-safe layouts out of 37. It rules off the sections without drawing a table, which is the layout feature that costs the most in extraction.

Conxfolio is a free set of four career tools: a résumé builder with 37 rendered layouts, an ATS résumé checker that prints its own arithmetic, a cover letter builder that traces every proof paragraph back to the line it came from, and a portfolio builder with 20 authored designs. There is no account to create, nothing is held back for a paid plan, and no language model is used anywhere in the product, so the readers, the score and the letter are deterministic code you can check.
