A logistics coordinator résumé example, from booking to customs
One complete logistics coordinator résumé, written out in full. The person is invented. The reading and the score come from the product itself.
— shipments a week, demurrage, customs corrections.

Freight coordination is a job where a single missed document costs more than a week of good work, and the résumés rarely say whether the documents were right. This example is written out in full so you can read one that does, then put through the tools here so you can see what a parser stores. The candidate is invented. Marguerite Oyelaran-Vance does not exist, neither employer exists, and every figure was chosen to demonstrate a shape.

Volume, then accuracy
Ninety shipments a week across sea, road and air. Customs documents for 2 400 consignments a year with three corrections. The first tells a forwarder the pace this coordinator works at; the second tells them what happens at that pace, which is the part that matters.
Three corrections in 2 400 is the sort of figure that gets someone hired, and it is only available to a candidate who looked it up before writing the page.
The cost line and the exception line
Demurrage costs down 41% after the container release routine was rebuilt. Failed deliveries down 26% after the address checking step was rebuilt. Both are process changes with a measured saving, and both come from the coordinator noticing where the same problem kept arriving.
Twenty-five delivery exceptions a week resolved with customers and drivers is the daily reality line. Logistics is exception handling, and a page that never mentions exceptions is describing a job nobody has.
What the reading found
The door below hands the document to the résumé builder as plain text, through the same import an uploaded file goes through, and the review shows each field beside the line it came from. Here the completeness pass found four readable sections, 92 words of experience evidence and ten distinct skills, with three languages in their own section.
Nothing in that reading involves a language model. Every string a reader emits is checked in code to be a span of the document, and a field that fails that check is dropped and counted.
What the checker scored it
Ninety-seven out of 100, with one improvement remaining worth 8 points. The arithmetic is 100 × 30% + 100 × 30% + 92 × 40% = 97, explained in the article on the score. Seven action-led lines, two of them measurable, seven lines of depth, and 169 readable words against a band opening at 250.
Only two lines count as measurable on a page full of figures, because shipments, consignments, routes and vehicles are not units the evidence rule reads; the two percentages carry the rule on their own. The driver example hits the same limit and explains it, and the ATS checker shows which of your own lines were counted.
What this example leaves off
No client names, no carrier rates and no shipment references. Rates are commercially sensitive to the forwarder you worked for, and a page that quotes them is a page a competitor would enjoy reading.
Long lists of ports and countries are left off too. Three modes and a shipment volume describe the work; a list of forty destinations describes a map. Where a specific trade lane matters to the posting, name that one.
What to change for your own
Change the mode. Sea freight, air freight, groupage, last mile and warehousing all use this shape with different paperwork. Then put in your own shipment volumes, customs accuracy, cost savings and exception load.
Keep the languages with levels; the guide on languages covers which to use. The design gallery holds 37 layouts, and the supply chain manager example, the office manager example and the executive assistant example sit beside this one.

- Is Marguerite Oyelaran-Vance a real person
- No. She is invented for this page, and so are Scheldewerf Forwarding and Hoogvliet Distribution. The figures show a shape and describe nobody.
- What do forwarders look for
- Volume and accuracy. Ninety shipments a week and 2 400 customs consignments a year with three corrections describe a coordinator who can be left with the paperwork.
- Is demurrage a good line
- It is the best one available in freight. Forty-one per cent off demurrage after the container release routine was rebuilt is money a forwarder recognises immediately, because it is money they were losing.
- What did the checker score it
- 97 out of 100, with one improvement remaining worth 8 points. The document has 169 readable words, and the volume rule's top band opens at 250.
- Do languages belong on a logistics page
- In a port city they are near the top of it. Three languages with levels is cover for carrier calls, customs offices and drivers, and the example carries them in their own section.
- Which design is this rendered in
- Rubric, one of the 21 ATS-safe layouts out of 37. It marks the sections clearly, which keeps a short two-role page from looking sparse.
Conxfolio is a free set of four career tools: a résumé builder with 37 rendered layouts, an ATS résumé checker that prints its own arithmetic, a cover letter builder that traces every proof paragraph back to the line it came from, and a portfolio builder with 20 authored designs. There is no account to create, nothing is held back for a paid plan, and no language model is used anywhere in the product, so the readers, the score and the letter are deterministic code you can check.
